Compress EPUB in Ruby

We currently do not accept EPUB files as input. But we can produce EPUB files as an output. We look forward to full EPUB support in the near future.

Using our powerful Ruby API, developers can compress EPUB documents to optimize content and output file size. Reducing EPUB size occurs by cleaning up unused data and resources. You can also compress images inside EPUB to make the output file size even smaller.

The result of content optimization and compression can be saved in the original EPUB or any available save format – DOCX, DOC, RTF, HTML and many others. For example, compress EPUB and save the output as Word.

   {:ImagesQuality => 75, :ImagesReduceSizeFactor => 1})
compress_document_request = CompressDocumentOnlineRequest.new(
   document: request_document, compress_options: request_compress_options)
