With our REST API, Ruby developers can easily create DOCX documents. To make a file in DOCX document format, you need to perform a few steps using our Ruby Cloud SDK:

Set file name
Call the 'CreateDocument' method to create a DOCX document in Ruby
Save the output DOCX file

Since an empty DOCX document is supposed to formally contain one paragraph, when you programmatically create a DOCX file, you will get just such a basic structure.
