With our REST API, JavaScript developers can easily create Word documents. To make a file in Word document format, you need to perform a few steps using our Node Cloud SDK:

Set file name
Call the 'CreateDocument' method to create a Word document in JavaScript
Save the output Word file

Since an empty Word document is supposed to formally contain one paragraph, when you programmatically create a Word file, you will get just such a basic structure.
